I always buy through the My Market app at home, whenever it is necessary to make a replacement they call me and offer exchange options. I never had any problems and I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fiz pedido por 3 vezes pelo Ifood e veio faltando itens e foi cobrado o mesmo valor como se tivesse os itens, não tive como fazer a conferência no ato da entrega pra manter distância devido a Pandemia e qdo chega em casa as compras faltando sendo que cobrou o mesmo valor ?Se não tiver reinbolso vou entrar em contato com a patrulha do consumidor
I've ordered 3 times through Ifood and items were missing and I was charged the same amount as if I had the items, I had no way of checking the delivery to keep my distance due to the Pandemic and when I got home with the missing purchases, charged the same amount ?If I don't have a refund I'll contact the consumer patrol

Estou acostumada a pedir em outro mercado que entregam produtos selecionados, de qualidade e achei que esse também.fosse bom. Mas e péssimo!
Today I placed an order with this market for the first time and it was a bad experience. Bananas impossible to eat, are almost spoiled. The mango in black spots and a spoiled tomato. I'm used to asking in another market that they deliver selected, quality products and I thought this one too. But it sucks!
