Como pode isso? Não, não foi apenas uma vez, mas 5 vezes em um único mês. E sem contar que está ocorrendo com vários clientes. Isso é um absurdo!!! Estão tentando nos roubar na cara larga.

Cashiers always wanting to take advantage of the most inattentive customers. Your purchase has a value and they charge a totally different value. Example: buy 18.38

How can this be? No, not just once, but 5 times in a single month. And not to mention that it is happening with several clients. This is absurd!!! They're trying to rob us in the face.
It's already a case of denunciation, that's for sure!
I'm never going back there!!!

Fazia uns 7 meses que não entrava nesse mercado e a partir de hoje não entro mais.
Já não é a primeira vez que percebo isso e hj não foi diferente.
Uma de cabelo meio ruivo. Mal educada 100%
The Planalto Garden Unit, the cashier has no education, I made a purchase today, and the service is still horrible.
It had been about 7 months since I entered this market and as of today I will no longer enter.
It's not the first time I realize this and today was no different.

I like Planalto an excellent market I think it should only grow more but it is a great service from them I would like to see it much bigger maybe in the future seen as a great Extra Planalto

Funcionárias com ma vontade e arrogância
Fui fazer uma recarga de chip com o cartão e a senhora ficou aborrecida por já ter passado achando que eu ia pagar no dinheiro”?”, segundo ela todo mundo que vai lá sabe que só carrega celular no dinheiro então na cabeça dela já era pra mim saber… invés dela fazer antes a pergunta de qual a forma de pagamento, fez o processo errado sem informar o cliente e acha que a gente ainda é obrigada a ouvir desaforo pela falta de atenção dela ao trabalho

Só compro lá mesmo porque é perto da minha casa, porque de resto não tenho nada a elogiar…
