★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui impedido de usar o caixa eletrônico faltando 10 minutos para encerrar o expediente, que diz ser até as 21. Ainda por cima uma funcionária desligou o aparelho na minha cara para que eu não usasse. Péssimo!
I was barred from using the ATM with 10 minutes left to close the office, which is said to be until 21. Also, an employee turned off the machine in my face so I would not use it. Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando perguntei se havia banheiro, a caixa que estava me atendendo chamou um rapaz para me indicar o local, mas outra funcionária impediu que ela o fizesse, alegando que era somente para os funcionários. Sendo bem grossa aliás! E a padaria tinha poucas opções, quase nada.
When I asked if there was a bathroom, the box that was answering me called a boy to indicate the location, but another employee prevented her from doing so, claiming that it was only for the employees. Being very thick indeed! And the bakery had few options, almost nothing.
