Mas hoje fiquei admirada com o atendimento do funcionário do setor de frios,além de muito educado,foi muito gentil ao atender minha mãe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem que ensinar a mocinha que fica na devolução a noite, ser mais educada. Uma do cabelo curto colorido. Se ela não gosta de trabalhar com o público coloca ela no administrativo. Se pra ela é ruim atender pessoas que devolvem imagina pra mim que chego cansada do trabalho e ainda compro mercadoria estragada?!
O que aconteceu?
Eu tinha acabado de comprar uma melancia e percebi que ela não estava boa, novamente. Fui fazer a devolução e ela me perguntou se eu já havia feito devolução alguma vez. Respondi que já perdi as contas de quantas vezes fiz troca por produto estragados. Ela simplesmente não gostou como se eu tivesse mentindo.
E não vou parar por aqui. Meu dinheiro não está sendo pego no lixo e da próxima vez vou reclamar em voz alta, da pessoa ou do produto. Não sabe atender vai pro outro setor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte visual me chamou bastante atenção no começo. Um ambiente bastante bonito. Hoje não compro mais por alguns motivos, o menos importante mas também importante, não compensa me deslocar da minha casa para realizar compras devido o sentido da rua ter mudado. Vou no Carrefour ou Compre Bem, Barbosa ou Macro. O segundo muito importante e muito sério, diversas vezes comprei alimentos perdidos, onde o prazo de validade na embalagem estava dentro do prazo. Tive uma péssima experiência com uma mistura, uma peça de picanha que ao abrir estava podre, pão de forma mofado, macarrão com bicho e por último uma melancia. Em meio a pandemia pedi um kg de asinha e o funcionário simplesmente pegou com a mão. Depois que falei colocou luvas mas não tive coragem de levar e contestei no atendimento. É um mercado bonito só por fora mesmo. Os preços também não são nada atrativos. É um mercado comum achando que não é.
