★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é limpo e agradável, mas os caixas deixam a desejar, e vejo sempre clientes sem máscaras, o que deveria ser proibido, também não dispõem alcool em gel para clientes, só uma pequena pia na entrada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O único Supermercado completo aqui nas redondezas do Jardim América, Geniparana, Riod, Cidade Olímpica e adjacências. Excelente supermercado. Tá faltando um Mateus na Cidade Olímpica. Pois, o Universo é um pouco mais caro.
The only complete supermarket here in the vicinity of Jardim América, Geniparana, Riod, Cidade Olímpica and surroundings. Excellent supermarket. There's a Matthew missing from the Olympic City. Well, the Universe is a little more expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O café da manhã é ótimo. Sem mencionar nas delicias de bolo de leite e bolo de tapioca, sao deliciosos. Tudo isso sao encontrados na parte do restaurante do próprio supermercado.
Breakfast is great. Not to mention the delicacies of milk cake and tapioca cake, they are delicious. All these are found in the restaurant part of the supermarket itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esqueci um celular neste estabelecimento e não me deram a devida atenção. Alegaram que as câmeras não apontavam para o local provável do esquecimento. Alegaram também que a TI do estabelecimento não puxariam as imagens. A forma que falaram deu entender que não perderiam tempo.
Qualquer pessoa que alega ter deixado por esquecimento ou perda um objeto no supermercado Mateus, a gerência faz questão de puxar as imagens pra tirar qualquer dúvida que desabone a conduta e a ideia de ter sido o objeto achado por alguém que represente o estabelecimento. Sei disso, pois colhi varios relatos de quem perdeu e de funcionários. Me desapontei com a atitude da gerência deste estabelecimento, mostrou que a única preocupação é com o estabelecimento, o cliente infelizmente não tem acolhimento na hora em que mais precisa. Países e estabelecimento que antes pareciam indestrutíveis, ruíram, será que não foi por atitudes como esta? A de não dá o real valor a quem ajuda a pagar funcionários, energia, água e outros. Sou apenas 1 cliente, talvez pra este estabelecimento não conto, sou um grão de areia na imensidão da areia do mar.
I forgot a cell phone at this establishment and they didn't pay attention to me. They claimed that the cameras were not pointing to the likely place of oblivion. They also claimed that the establishment's IT would not pull the images. The way they spoke implied that they would not waste time.
Anyone who claims to have left an object in the Mateus supermarket for oblivion or loss, the management makes a point of pulling the images to resolve any doubts that discredit the conduct and the idea of having been the object found by someone representing the establishment. I know this, as I collected several reports from those who lost and from employees. I was disappointed with the attitude of the management of this establishment, it showed that the only concern is with the establishment, the customer is unfortunately not welcomed at the time they need it most. Countries and establishments that before seemed indestructible have collapsed, was it not because of attitudes like this? The de does not give real value to those who help pay employees, energy, water and others. I'm just 1 customer, maybe for this establishment I don't count, I'm a grain of sand in the immensity of the sea sand.
