★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu estou cada dia mais decepcionada com essa empresa, e pela péssima qualidade dos serviços por eles prestados. Iniciamos o trabalho em Janeiro de 2021 e confiei a eles o Porteiro eletrônico onde me garantiram que eu escutaria um aviso de chamada pelo meu celular eu moro fora do Brasil essa opção seria ótima e fiquei feliz com a notícia. Aí ano passado depois da instalação do Portão Eletrônico e parte das câmeras eu percebi que não recebia informação do combinado se alguém chegasse ao meu portão e acionasse o botão eu não recebia qualquer informação o responsável pela empresa me disse que poderia ser um DELAY. De volta ao Brasil continuou acontecendo eu não recebia aviso algum no meu celular e no ano passado disse que não seria mais possível pois a empresa não oferece mais esse procedimento, ou seja propaganda falsa e enganosa pois já paguei e não recebi os serviços oferecidos, quando fui verificar o trabalho o meu telhado estava cheio de fios por todos os lados buracos na parede e as paredes todas sujas e com o trabalho mal acabado sem proteção isolante nos terminais dos conduites e ainda tenho as câmeras que acabaram com problemas também pois danificam algumas câmeras mas repuseram,m. Hoje 13 de Fevereiro de 2022 tenho problemas a cremalheira do portão está caído a parte o portão fica preso e não abre. A chave do motor do portão não abre e eu fico presa dentro de minha propriedade constantemente sem poder fazer meus compromissos e ainda com perda de telhas e pedaços de solda e fios desencapados por onde corre os fios e pergunto porque eu tive tanto azar quando muitos deram 5 estrelas a eles e eu mal consigo dar duas? Será que é incompetência mesmo ou descaso? Hoje estou mais uma vez presa dentro de casa pois não pude atender meus compromissos porque o motor não abre com a chave já perdi dias de aula, dias com consultas marcadas ida a igreja e não sei mais o que fazer a não ser entregar esse caso a justiça e eu estou me segurando mas esse serviço vem se arrastando até hoje 2022, No momento para terminar precisaria apenas as câmeras no monitor e sempre tem uma desculpa que aliás é muito bom pois eu vou vendo as outras partes do trabalho deles se desmoronarem pois foram mal feitas ou sem a devida supervisão. E agora precisam novamente de revisão pois já estragaram ou danificaram. ISSO NÃO é qualidade eu estou pagando e muito bem pago para receber um trabalho de qualidade. e até hoje está faltando completar.
PENSEM BEM ANTES DE CONTRATAR ESSE PESSOAL VERIFIQUEM OUTRAS EMPRESAS . Eu de minha parte vou esperar esse trabalho ser terminado para tomar com as devidas providências.

Then last year after installing the Electronic Gate and part of the cameras I realized that I did not receive information from the agreement if someone arrived at my gate and pressed the button I did not receive any information the person in charge of the company told me it could be a DELAY. Back in Brazil it continued to happen, I didn't receive any notice on my cell phone and last year I said that it would no longer be possible because the company no longer offers this procedure, that is false and misleading advertising because I already paid and did not receive the services offered, when I went to check the work my roof was full of wires everywhere holes in the wall and the walls all dirty and with the work poorly finished without insulating protection on the conduit terminals and I still have the cameras that ended up with problems too because they damage some cameras but they replaced, m. Today February 13, 2022 I have problems the gate rack is fallen apart the gate is stuck and does not open. The gate motor key does not open and I am stuck inside my property constantly unable to make my appointments and still with loss of tiles and pieces of solder and bare wires where the wires run and I ask why I was so unlucky when many gave 5 stars to them and I can barely give them two? Is it incompetence or negligence? Today I'm stuck inside the house once again because I couldn't attend to my appointments because the engine doesn't open with the key I've already missed days of school, days with appointments scheduled to go to church and I don't know what else to do but deliver this case to justice and I'm holding back but this service has been dragging on until today 2022, At the moment to finish I would just need the cameras on the monitor and there's always an excuse that is really good because I see the other parts of their work fall apart because they were done poorly or without proper supervision. And now they need to be revised again as they have already been damaged or damaged. THIS IS NOT quality I am paying and very well paid to receive quality work. and to this day it is still missing.
THINK BEFORE HIRING THESE PEOPLE CHECK OTHER COMPANIES. I, for my part, will wait for this work to be finished to take the necessary measures.
