★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é um lixo !!
Liguei perguntando sobre um alarme na loja da Abraão de Moraes ( São Paulo )e o atendente me deixou esperando na linha mais de 5 minutos, ficou batendo papo e brincando com pessoas que estavam ao seu lado e não me deu resposta alguma !!!!
Entrei em contato hoje 30/07/2020 entre 08:10 e 8:30 hs. Obrigado pela resposta, porém já comprei em outra loja.
 Service is rubbish !!
I called asking about an alarm at the Abraão de Moraes store (São Paulo) and the clerk left me waiting on the line for more than 5 minutes, chatting and playing with people who were by his side and gave me no answer !!!!
I got in touch today 30/07/2020 between 08:10 and 8:30 pm. Thanks for the reply, but I already bought it in another store.

Os técnicos Bruno e Thiago fizeram um ótimo trabalho resolvendo os imprevistos da instalação e também realizando um serviço limpo e de muita qualidade, sem deixar fios aparentes ou furações erradas. Superseg's service is excellent. When I was looking for a company to install the alarms in my house, I took as a basis the comments here on google and now, having gone through the experience of being their customer, I would like to praise the great service I received.
The technicians Bruno and Thiago did a great job solving the unforeseen installation and also performing a clean and high quality service, without leaving any apparent wires or wrong holes. The devices I purchased are working in perfect condition and the guy on the scheduling and customer service side was super attentive and very competent.
