 Good service, but do not give satisfaction regarding delivery. I had to go to the place to find out if I was ready since I didn't answer WhatsApp. And the service was still not good. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se procurar ligar ou mandar msg no WhatsApp, esqueça! Não atendem e não respondem. Se deixarem seus equipamentos lá, saiba que vc vai ter q ir com frequência pra saber a situação. Infelizmente, na minha experiência, é uma empresa que não indicaria. Teresina possui outras empresas no ramo com um excelente suporte durante abertura e fechamento de OS.
If you try to call or send a msg on WhatsApp, forget it! Don't answer and don't answer. If they leave their equipment there, know that you will have to go often to find out the situation. Unfortunately, in my experience, it's a company I wouldn't recommend. Teresina has other companies in the field with excellent support during OS opening and closing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora no orçamento, execução e entrega. Muito cuidado com a picaretagem deles, principalmente se você for empresa jurídica. Levei um datashow e eles fizeram o orçamento de R$ 600. Meu pastor levou quinze dias depois e cobraram R$ 2500
Delay in budgeting, execution and delivery. Be very careful with their hacking, especially if you are a legal company. I took a datashow and they budgeted R$600. My pastor took it fifteen days later and they charged R$2500

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento, pessoal muito atencioso. Minha Epson L120 estava emperrada, descobriram um objeto que deixei cair dentro. Manutenção e limpeza preventiva realizada também. Infelizmente não estava na garantia de fábrica, mas ainda dentro dos R$100 de orçamento pré-autorizado, não precisei repor peças. Só é difícil ter contato por telefone/Whatsapp, serviço não é muito rápido, porém não tinha pressa. Se for seu caso, então pense um pouco antes de ir. Mas pra mim foi tudo bem.
Great service, very attentive staff. My Epson L120 was stuck, they discovered an object I dropped inside. Maintenance and preventive cleaning performed as well. Unfortunately, it wasn't under factory warranty, but still within the R$100 pre-authorized budget, I didn't need to replace parts. It's just difficult to have contact by phone/Whatsapp, service is not very fast, but there was no rush. If so, then think a little before you go. But for me it was ok.
