Quando finalmente perguntei se tinha o que precisava, ela disse que era para que eu procurasse no balcão.
Conselho: Atendimento é mais pra quem vai tirar xerox ou imprimir algo.

When I finally asked if she had what I needed, she said it was for me to look at the counter.
Advice: Customer service is more for those who are going to take a photocopy or print something.
