★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar péssimo. Atendimento muito ruim. Comida péssima e sem variedades. Cobra para usar o banheiro, mesmo se consumui no local. As empresa que usam este tipo de local, como ponto de apoio, deveriam rever sua posição.
Terrible place. Very bad service. Terrible food and no variety. Charge for using the bathroom, even if you use it on the spot. Companies that use this type of location as a fulcrum should review their position.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha tudo para ser uma das melhores opções de paradas na 116. Para isso acontecer precisaria de funcionários educados e afim de trabalhar, iluminação, variedade e preços justos. Se tiver pensando em parar na 116, recomendo a unidade de Milagres.
It had everything to be one of the best options for stops on 116. For that to happen, it would need polite employees, willing to work, lighting, variety and fair prices. If you are thinking of stopping at 116, I recommend the Milagres unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma das piores paradas que existe na face da terra. Comida cara e ruim. A estética do lugar parece que saiu de um lugar abandonado da união soviética. Simplesmente assustador. Não recomendo essa parada nem pro meu pior inimigo. O pior de tudo, tem que pagar para fazer o número 2. Seria cômico se não fosse trágico.
One of the worst stops that exists on earth. Expensive food and bad. The aesthetics of the place looks like it came out of an abandoned place of the Soviet Union. Just creepy. I do not recommend this stop even on my worst enemy. Worst of all, have to pay to make the number 2. It would be comical if it were not tragic.

Se alguém precisar usar o banheiro do restaurante para lavar as mãos para fazer a refeição, escovar os dentes ou até mesmo usar o vaso sanitário, tem que pagar R$2,00 mesmo se o cliente tiver consumido. Absurdo isso!

I do not recommend, food is very expensive, which does not justify the menu without variety. If someone needs to use the restaurant's bathroom to wash their hands to eat, brush their teeth or even use the toilet, they have to pay R$2.00 even if the customer has consumed it. Absurd that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior parada rodoviária que eu já tive o desgosto de conhecer. Péssimo atendimento, comida ruim, sem qualidade, sem variedade e absurdamente cara. Cobram um absurdo para usar o banheiro, não disponibilizam nenhum tipo de serviço que possa compensar os valores praticados como wifi, bebedouro e etc. Não consigo entender como uma empresa como a Gontijo ainda faz parada de almoço num lugar horrível como esse. Fujam deste lugar.
The worst bus stop I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Terrible service, bad food, no quality, no variety and absurdly expensive. They charge an absurd amount to use the bathroom, they do not provide any type of service that can compensate for the values charged, such as wifi, drinking fountain, etc. I can't understand how a company like Gontijo still makes a lunch stop in a horrible place like this. Run away from this place.
