E o suporte agora mesmo estou a mais de 1 hora aguardando o retorno de uma mensagem no watts app... e acreditem VC NUNCA CONSEGUIRA SER ATENDIDO EM MENOS TEMPO DE ESPERA...

Lousy service, charge by open nat or fixed ip ... for those who use to play can forget ...
And the support right now I am more than 1 hour waiting for the return of a message in the watts app ... and believe me VC NEVER BEEN SERVED IN LESS WAITING TIME ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima internet, fica fora do ar quase todos os dias. Atendimento quase impossível, demora mais de um dia inteiro tentando pra falar com um atendente e ainda assim não resolvem o problema.
Bad internet, it goes down almost every day. Service almost impossible, it takes more than a whole day trying to talk to an attendant and still they don't solve the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E a pior Internet que já vi na minha vida, não cumpri com o contrato te deixa na mão quase todos os dias tem que fica ligando pra arruma a internet e mesmo assim ela não volta, eles sempre inventam mentira que tá atualizando o sistema por isso tem problema e fora que eles não manda os megas contratados
And the worst Internet I have ever seen in my life, I didn’t keep the contract, let you down almost every day, you have to keep calling to fix the internet and even then it doesn’t come back, they always make up a lie that’s updating the system so have a problem and outside they don’t send the hired megs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior internet da região, como vendem algo que não tem condições de atender. Todos os dias tem que ligar para o suporte. A oscilação é sempre para baixo, parece internet discada independentemente do plano que você contrate, um descaso total com o cliente. Como que essa empresa ainda está funcionando, totalmente incapazes de entregar o que oferecem. Mas existe o código do consumidor, acho que essa empresinha não conhece.
Worst internet in the region, they sell something that is unable to meet. Every day have to call for support. Jitter is always down, it seems internet dial-up regardless of the plan that you hire a total disregard for the customer. As this company is still working, totally unable to deliver what they offer. But there is a consumer code, I think this little company does not know.

Worst internet I ever had. I spent 3 hours with the technician trying to configure a router that already had problems and in the end wants to schedule the technical visit for 2 days later. Horrible support.....
