★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível. Comprei um carro início de janeiro e até hoje não recebi o documento do carro e nem a chave reserva. Dei mais de 50% de entrada a vista e desde então venho sofrendo esse descaso, ninguem me ajuda, ou me diz o que fazer. Já estou na 5 parcela e ao ir no Detran me disseram que o gravame havia sido cancelado e por isso não pude ter o documento do veículo. A empresa só fica me enrolando, e não cumpre com o prometido. Vou atrás dos meus direitos no procon.
Horrible service. I bought a car at the beginning of January and so far I haven't received the car document or the spare key. I gave more than 50% cash down payment and since then I've been suffering from this neglect, no one helps me, or tells me what to do. I'm already on the 5th installment and when I went to Detran they told me that the encumbrance had been canceled and that's why I couldn't have the vehicle's document. The company just keeps pulling me in, and doesn't deliver on what was promised. I'm going after my rights on procon.
