★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá, a experiência que tenho com este local é maravilhosa, atendentes do caixa e outros funcionários bem simpáticos, toda vez que entro na loja as meninas do caixa ficam brincando com meu filho e isso é muito legal, faz nós se sentir bem acolhido, mais ontem tive uma experiência meia que indelicada. Foi umas 19:58, já no horário de encerramento deles estavam se programando para fechamento do expediente. Entrei e as meninas do caixa como sempre brincaram e se divertiram com meu filho, fui direto a parte das carnes e minha esposa ficou lá brincando juntamente com meu filho e as meninas do caixa. Fui direto para as partes das carnes pois sabia que estava fechando e eu não queria atrapalhar o fechamento, fui direto ao açougue, e lá tinha um rapaz que estava atendendo outro cliente. Chegando perguntando se ainda estava despachando pois não tinha mais carnes nas prateleiras de vidro "estavam guardadas", o rapaz que é mais magrinho olhou para mim e minha esposa e gritou atende ai que meu horário já deu saiu largando tudo e deixou para o outro rapaz que estava guardando as carnes o rapaz gordinho ficou sem entender nada da atitude do colega e eu também fiquei sem entender e constrangido. O rapaz mais gordinho " com todo respeito " ainda me perguntou todo sem graça e sem ação " você precisa de alguma coisa? "Eu falei não deixa quieto outro dia eu venho" e saímos da loja. Eu achei que foi meio constrangedor fiquei sem graça sai que nem dei boa noite a ninguém. Eu e minha esposa já estavamos sem carnes para jantar e almoçar no dia seguinte e meu horário de serviço é meio que aleatório e aquele horário 19:58 foi o único horário que conseguimos chegar. Eu e minha esposa que estava com as condições limitadas tivemos que comprar uma pizza em vez de comprar a carne para janta, almoço e outros. Espero que esse rapaz repense na forma de tratar os clientes.
Hello, the experience I have with this place is wonderful, cashiers and other very friendly staff, every time I enter the store the cashier girls are playing with my son and this is very cool, it makes us feel welcomed, more Yesterday I had a rather rude experience. It was around 19:58, already at closing time they were planning to close the office. I went in and the cashier girls as always played and had fun with my son, I went straight to the meat section and my wife was there playing with my son and the cashier girls. I went straight to the meat parts because I knew it was closing and I didn't want to disturb the closing, I went straight to the butcher shop, and there was a guy there who was serving another customer. Arriving asking if it was still shipping because there were no more meats on the glass shelves "they were stored", the guy who is thinner looked at me and my wife and shouted, wait, my schedule is already over, he left everything and left it for the other boy who was saving the meat, the chubby boy didn't understand anything about his colleague's attitude and I also didn't understand and embarrassed. The chubby guy " with all due respect " still asked me all awkwardly and without action " do you need anything? " I said don't leave it alone I'll come another day " and we left the store. I thought it was kind of embarrassing I was embarrassed it turns out that I didn't even say good night to anyone. My wife and I were already out of meat for dinner and lunch the next day and my service schedule is kind of random and that time 19:58 was the only time we managed to arrive. wife who was on limited conditions we had to buy a pizza instead of buying meat for dinner, lunch, etc. I hope this guy rethinks the way he treats customers.
