I've been a customer for many years. The pizza is indisputably good, but unfortunately the delivery time is leaving something to be desired. Almost two hours to deliver the order. This could be reviewed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somos clientes da Suprema a anos... Pizza com a massa fininha, gostosa. Sempre compramos lá. Mas... de um tempo pra cá, tem deixado muito a desejar. MUITO. A pizza já chegou revirada, faltando ingrediente, fria, atrasada, porém ainda assim, continuávamos dando preferência. Hoje, pedi uma pizza as 19:55, me deram o prazo de 1h para entrega. As 21:45 liguei para saber o motivo do atraso: a pizza estava sendo preparada para ir ao forno (quase 2h depois do meu pedido. Decepcionante. Hoje encerro meus pedidos lá. Se não há respeito com o cliente, não há pq continuar sendo cliente.
We've been customers of Suprema for years... Pizza with a thin, delicious crust. We always shop there. But... since then, it has left a lot to be desired. VERY. The pizza arrived already overturned, missing ingredient, cold, late, but still, we continued to give preference. Today, I ordered a pizza at 19:55, they gave me 1 hour for delivery. At 21:45 I called to find out the reason for the delay: the pizza was being prepared to go in the oven (almost 2 hours after my order. Disappointing. Today I close my orders there. If there is no respect for the customer, there is no reason to continue being client.
