E, recentemente, tive uma prova extrema disto: adquiri uma bota imobilizadora, dias depois descobri que a prescrição foi equivocada e entrei em contato para entender o que poderia ser feito. Mesmo não sendo uma falta deles, prontificaram-se a avaliar o meu caso, aceitaram a bota de volta e estornaram o valor pago. Nota 10! Recomendo muito!
