★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O rodízio é bom, mas demorava muito pra chegar as pizzas à mesa, tem a opção de rodízio com refil de refrigerante e só o rodízio também. E nas redes sociais dizia que era rodízio de massa e chegando lá, era apenas de pizza... Mas enfim, vale a pena!
 The rodízio is good, but it took a long time to get the pizzas to the table, there is the option of rodízio with soda refills and only the rodízio as well. And on social media it said it was all-you-can-eat pasta and when you got there, it was just pizza... But anyway, it's worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou de férias em Natal e esse foi o pior lugar que escolhemos, atendimento péssimo, as pizzas demoravam muito p/ chegar até nossa mesa. Pouca variedade de sabores, refrigerante sem gás e apenas uma opção no rodízio. Fui embora muito insatisfeita por ter escolhido um péssimo lugar e ainda ter pago pelo mal atendimento.
I'm on vacation in Natal and this was the worst place we chose, terrible service, pizzas took a long time to get to our table. Little variety of flavors, still soda and only one option in the carvery. I left very dissatisfied for having chosen a bad place and still having paid for the bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rodizio ruim! Pizzas com sabores repetitivos, só vem pizzas entupidas de catupiry é cheedar, pra te enjoar mais rápido é vc não comer muito, eles trás o cardápio pra escolher o sabor desejado, mais o sabor escolhido nunca chega. Pior rodizio que já fui.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As 2 estrelas são exclusivamente pelo atendimento, em partes, do garçom. Sempre frequentei o da Zona Norte de Natal, então julguei que esse de Candelária seria o mesmo padrão, onde na vdd foi uma decepção, DEMORA pra fazer o pedido, DEMORA pra receber o pedido, a pizza gigante veio muito mau cortada, como pedi com 3 sabores sendo 1/3 de chocolate, a parte doce veio bem pequena, faltou proatividade do garçom em resolver, disse que não podia fazer nada pq o gerente não estava no local... então solicitei o retorno da pizza pra que aumentasse a parte do doce... enfim, ainda tive que ouvir o garçom dizer que a culpa era do Koinz que veio só pra atrapalhar o estabelecimento... pode isso? Então, casa cheia é ruim? Difícil voltar a essa unidade viu... boa sorte!

I always went to the one in the North Zone of Natal, so I thought that the one in Candelária would be the same standard, where it was really a disappointment, it takes a while to order, it takes a while to receive the order, the giant pizza came very badly cut, as I ordered with 3 flavors being 1/3 of chocolate, the sweet part was very small, the waiter was not proactive in solving it, he said he couldn't do anything because the manager wasn't there... so I asked for the pizza to be returned to increase the portion the candy... anyway, I still had to hear the waiter say that it was Koinz's fault who came just to disturb the establishment... can that? So is full house bad? Difficult to return to this unit, see... good luck!
