★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como um Local Guide há algum tempo, já visitei vários restaurantes japoneses no Brasil e na Europa, e para o nosso paladar, o sushi deste restaurante excede expectativas. O peixe tem a quantidade certa de gordura, o Atum é realmente fresco, todos os hossomakis e uramakis têm o tamanho certo, o sabor na medida e a textura correta. O shimeji é perfeito, fresco, com a quantidade correta de manteiga, o ceviche é ótimo (não tem como ser igual o Peruano pois se trata de um restaurante japonês), sashimis, tudo. Até hoje não consegui dar cinco estrelas para algum estabelecimento sem ter algum ponto a reclamar. Pois esse aqui merece.
O atendimento é fantástico, pessoal super atencioso e rápido, no pagamento tem todo o tipo de método de quitar o serviço, o estabelecimento é limpo, organizado, o ar é na medida.
É ótimo e não tenho como dizer para não ir. Mesmo o valor sendo um pouco acima do geral, mas o local se faz acima do geral. Vale muito a pena. E agora o padrão foi elevado.
Pedi também um drink chamado Sangue de Dragão, que vai até shisô, que seria uma espécie de manjericão japonês. Bebida perfeita.
Recomendo demais o local e parabenizo a todos, inclusive o chef.
As a Local Guide for some time now, I've visited several Japanese restaurants in Brazil and Europe, and for our taste buds, the sushi at this restaurant exceeds expectations. The fish has the right amount of fat, the tuna is really fresh, all the hossomakis and uramakis are the right size, the right flavor and the right texture. Shimeji is perfect, fresh, with the right amount of butter, ceviche is great (it can't be like Peruvian because it's a Japanese restaurant), sashimi, everything. To this day I have not been able to give five stars to any establishment without having something to complain about. Well, this one deserves it.
The service is fantastic, the staff are super attentive and fast, there are all types of payment methods available for paying off the service, the establishment is clean, organized, and the air is made to measure.
It's great and I can't tell you not to go. Even the value being a little above the general, but the place is above the general. It's really worth it. And now the bar has been raised.
I also ordered a drink called Sangue de Dragão, which goes to shisô, which would be a kind of Japanese basil. Perfect drink.
I highly recommend the place and congratulate everyone, including the chef.

Very nice place with helpful staff. Among the dishes there are combo, individual portions, pokes, Yakisoba and a nori taco. Prices are reasonable for a Japanese cuisine restaurant, but not cheap.
