★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui presencialmente no local,o local não é algo agradável, só toca música ruim, e o atendimento é péssimo sem vontade nenhuma de atender, vamos para a comida, sou formada em culinária japonesa, a harmonia do sal e açúcar no sushi não rolou,tacou muito açúcar e pouco sal e vinagre, o certo é balancear, sem falar dos preços horrivelmente caros, e realmente não acho q valha a pena, a pior coisa foi o Yakisoba, me serviram uma massa de miojo,entenda que o restaurante de vcs é de comida oriental, não italiana, mas o gosto do frango estava bom, falei com o rapaz sobre a massa ele falou q é a mais barata, oq mancha ainda mais a imagem dele, foi uma experiência desagradável, e não pretendo voltar e não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui cliente deste lugar péssimo atendimento, meu pedido eu fiz 19:00 saiu para a entrega 19:50 isso no a ifood liguei para lá pq era 20:00 e nada ele me comunizarão q era muita demanda q tinha que esperar estava finalizando e tava esperando o moto boy deu 21:00 liguei novamente o atendente disse q tinha saído deu 22:00 liguei perguntando sobre meu pedido o atendente disse q já tinha saído e ia me passar o número do moto boy pra eu ligar pra ele q eles não podia fazer nada eu liguei o moto boy não atendeu 00:00 eu disse q não ireia mais querer por conta de muita espera … eles só pedirão desculpa e nada mais 00:30 recebo uma msg deles me oferecendo meu pedido com {desconto} recusei já até tinha feito algo para comer péssimo atendimento com os clientes percebo q não fui a única ….
eu ainda fiz esse relato no insta deles me bloqueadou e apagou meu contato falta de respeito com nós cliente vou deixar o print de tudo aconteceu

I still made this report on their insta blocked me and deleted my contact lack of respect for us customer I will leave the print of everything happened
