★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima 3 horas esperando 4 crianças chorando de fome suporte fraco poucas informações, cliente para eles parece que não faz diferença quiseram abraçar o mundo podendo ter atendido os q já estava feito só saíram pegando pedido sobrecarregam o motoqueiro e deixa as famílias a mercê se eu quis tive q pedi pizza em outro lugar pedi não era nem 9 da noite já ia da meia noite. Minhas filhas ficaram decepcionada de 3 8 12 e 17 anos Obrigada pela falta de respeito.
Terrible experience 3 hours waiting 4 children crying from hunger weak support little information, customer doesn't seem to make a difference they wanted to embrace the world and could have attended the ones that were already done just left taking requests overload the biker and leave the families to the mercy if i I wanted to ask for pizza elsewhere I ordered it wasn't even 9 pm it was already midnight. My daughters were disappointed 3 8 12 and 17 Thank you for the lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No anúncio do UberEats tem dizendo 1 Temaki + 10 peças de sushi, pedi essa opção e em seguida pedi mais uma opção de 16 peças, somando tudo eram pra ter vindo no pedido 26 peças de sushi, só veio 20... Os molhos eram pra ter vindo 3, só veio 1... Nao comprem pq é so propaganda enganosa, querem ganhar dinheiro passando a perna em quem compra, sem falar que o sushi nao vem nada de recheio, so vem arroz puro!
In the UberEats ad it says 1 Temaki + 10 pieces of sushi, I ordered this option and then I ordered another option of 16 pieces, adding up everything was supposed to have come in the order 26 pieces of sushi, only 20 came ... The sauces were to have come 3, only 1 came ... Do not buy it because it is just misleading advertising, they want to earn money by outsmarting whoever buys it, not to mention that sushi doesn’t come with anything filling, only pure rice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido no ifood desse restaurante e demorou mais que o dobro da previsão. Esperei duas horas por um pedido que chegou depois das 22:30 da noite. Além disso, o atendimento no chat do aplicativo foi péssimo. Eu tinha que insistir por uma resposta, e só depois de muita persistência resolveram ligar pro motoqueiro pra saber a previsão de entrega. Péssimos profissionais. Pelo preço relativamente caro das opções, outros restaurantes que realmente respeitam o cliente valem muito mais a pena. Não queira estresse em vão por um restaurante que não respeita o cliente.
I placed an order at ifood at this restaurant and it took more than twice the forecast. I waited two hours for an order that arrived after 10:30 pm. In addition, the service in the application chat was terrible. I had to insist on an answer, and it was only after much persistence that they decided to call the biker to find out the delivery forecast. Lousy professionals. For the relatively expensive price of the options, other restaurants that really respect the customer are much more worthwhile. Do not want stress in vain for a restaurant that does not respect the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais compro nesse local, minha namorada já pediu aí várias vezes e agora estão dizendo q nunca houve transferência do pix mesmo tendo e mandando todos os comprovantes, ela teve que pagar 120 reais por um pedido que não vale o preço. Estabelecimento desonesto!
I never shop at this place again, my girlfriend has asked there several times and now they are saying that there was never a transfer of the pix even though she had and sent all the receipts, she had to pay 120 reais for an order that is not worth the price. Dishonest establishment!
