 I was at Sushi Ragueb with my friends on 04/02/2022. Wonderful service, mega beautiful place. Super tasty food. Service of the waiters note 1000. Super nominate.

Quinta dia 24/02 pedi um rodízio para 2 pessoas, assim que chegou percebi que tinha 2 sushi estragado, liguei na loja, o gerente atendeu pediu desculpas e disse que na próxima compra enviaria a mais. Continuamos a comer e vi que tinha mais sushi estragado e o ceviche também. Mandei mensagem e foto por wats app e só uma mensagem automática respondeu. Liguei na loja, falei novamente com o gerente pedi pra retirarem o que estava estragado e analisarem pra não dizer que eu estava enganada já que a funcionária que atendeu primeiro disse que tudo é fresco. Disse para avaliar o que seria feito nao pedi outro prato porque fiquei com receio de estar ruim. Falei para o gerente ver de que forma resolveria. Depois de algumas horas retiraram o que sobrou e até hoje Não me deram nenhum respaldo. Crianças comeram, poderiam ter passado mal e o gerente ágil como se não fosse nada. Além de não ser barato, paguei 104,00 reais pra receber comida estragada colocando a saúde da minha família risco é ainda passei vergonha. Dinheiro mal gasto e sem retorno nenhum do restaurante.
Já comprei outras vezes. Essa foi a primeira vez que tive problemas entrei em contato e não se importaram.
I don't ask for more rotation. I paid R$104.00 reais for spoiled food. Thursday 24/02 I asked for a carvery for 2 people, as soon as it arrived I realized that I had 2 spoiled sushi, I called the store, the manager answered, apologized and said that the next purchase would send more. We continued to eat and I saw that there was more sushi and the ceviche too. I sent a message and photo by wats app and only an automatic message responded. I called the store, spoke to the manager again, asked them to remove what was spoiled and analyze it so as not to say I was wrong since the employee who answered first said that everything is fresh. I said to evaluate what would be done, I didn't order another dish because I was afraid it would be bad. I told the manager to see how it would work out. After a few hours they removed what was left and to this day they have not given me any support. Children ate, they could have been sick and the manager agile as if it was nothing. In addition to not being cheap, I paid 104.00 reais to receive spoiled food putting my family's health at risk and I was still ashamed. Badly spent money and no return from the restaurant.
I've bought other times. That was the first time I had problems I contacted them and they didn't care.

O ambiente é super agradável,atendimento razoável,mas a comida é péssima.
Fui conhecer o restaurante com meu esposo e me arrependi tivemos uma péssima experiência.
Worst Temaky ever, I don't recommend the place.
The atmosphere is super nice, service reasonable, but the food is terrible.
I went to see the restaurant with my husband and I regretted having a bad experience.

Sashimi não veio fresco, Temaki com alga borrachuda, Shimeji muito doce e queimado. Eu esperava mais do lugar, não vale o valor que cobram pela qualidade da comida servida.
Área externa com estacionamento aberto, a Ragueb é um caos, então vá preparado!
Nice place and friendly staff, but the food is lacking.
Sashimi didn't come fresh, Temaki with rubbery seaweed, Shimeji too sweet and burnt. I expected more from this place, not worth the price they charge for the quality of food served.
Outdoor area with open parking, Ragueb is chaos so come prepared!
