★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como já diz no nome, é um restaurante para experiência gastronômica, literalmente. Cardápio variado, o que possibilita experimentar diferentes sabores dos pratos. Fui conhecer a casa para comer meu prato predileto: Haddock e estava em falta (o que pecou pois era um domingo, dia de movimento). Queria um drink que cujo indicação do garçom é o mais pedido, porém não tinha barman para fazer (outro pecado). Mas, é um excelente restaurante, com bom atendimento e com pratos saborosos.
 As it already says in the name, it is a restaurant for culinary experience, literally. Varied menu, which allows you to try different flavors of the dishes. I went to meet the house to eat my favorite dish: Haddock and I was missing (which sinned because it was a Sunday, day of movement). I wanted a drink that whose indication of the waiter is the most requested, but had no bartender to make (another sin). But, it is an excellent restaurant, with good service and with tasty dishes.

O @sushitripexperience tem um ambiente bem bonito e aconchegante, com várias obras do artista capixaba @ficore__ espalhadas pelo salão, que deixou bem bonito o ambiente. A comida é delicada e bem feita, bem apresentada e muito saborosa. O combo da foto é o “Salmão duas pessoas” que custa R$115 e vem com 40 peças e satisfaz duas pessoas tranquilamente. Só não dei 5 estrelas pois as mesas me pareciam sujas e estavam colando muito, mesmo após “limpeza”, o que indica um pano sujo talvez. Mas no geral gostei do lugar e voltaria.

@Sushitripexperience has a very beautiful and cozy atmosphere, with several works by artist capixaba @ficore__ scattered throughout the room, which made the atmosphere very beautiful. The food is delicate and well made, well presented and very tasty. The combo of the photo is the "Salmon two people" which costs $ 115 and comes with 40 pieces and satisfies two people quietly. Just did not give 5 stars because the tables seemed dirty and were sticking a lot, even after "cleaning", which indicates a dirty cloth maybe. But overall I liked the place and would return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente muito bom, serviço de qualidade, os peixes não são tão frescos e o arroz passou do ponto mas tirando isso achei muito bom. O melhor de todos q já comi em Vitória!!
Very good atmosphere, quality service, the fish is not so fresh and the rice is overcooked but other than that I thought it was very good. The best I've ever eaten in Vitória!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava desanimada com sushi trip do shop vix, mas esse na praia do canto mto bom, peças bonitas, saboroso. Só jeito de fazer gunkan de shimeji q não deu destaque para o cogumelo.
I was discouraged with the sushi trip from shop vix, but this one on the beach in the corner was very good, beautiful pieces, tasty. Only way to make shimeji gunkan that didn't give prominence to the mushroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu amei a comida e o espaço. Porém, uma coisa que bem deixou BEM chateada é ter uma pessoa na bancada onde é preparado o sushi SEM MÁSCARA! Em plena pandemia, desrespeitando a lei e qualquer norma de saúde e higiene. Além do mais, saiu um decreto pedindo comprovante de vacinação e ninguém nesse estabelecimento pediu.
I loved the food and the space. However, one thing that made me VERY upset is having a person at the counter where sushi is prepared WITHOUT A MASK! In the middle of a pandemic, disrespecting the law and any health and hygiene standard. Furthermore, a decree was issued asking for proof of vaccination and no one in this establishment asked for it.
