★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, só dor de cabeça, 3 meses de arrependimento, não indico para ninguém, quem quiser comparar lá já prepara o remédio, quem vem dor de cabeça, no meu caso,tive que acionar à justiça, são muito irresponsável, nunca passam perto dessa loja.... .... nunca mesmo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde, estou aguardando alguém mim da algum suporte no meu problema, comprei com vocês e agora o veículo aparece vários problemas inclusive com a junta do cabeçote trincada e nem o direito de leva no Meu mecânico eu tenho, isso é vergonhoso o senhor Lucas que é (dono da loja) quer que eu levo o veículo e entrego a ele pra ele resolve mas eu fiz uma simples pergunta a ele e ele debocha da minha cara é muito umilhante o que ele está fazendo comigo perguntei se ele iria coloca a peça nova e ele não mim responde e fala pra eu leva o veículo até ele, quando eu estava falando com o vendedor agente ainda tinha uma conversa respeitosa, achei que conversando com o dono da concessionária iria resolver mais rápido mais pioro e estou desamparado quando estava comprando mim falaram que o veículo iria para revisão nem o óleo foi trocado, que absurdo fazer isso com um cliente. Só relatando que o vendedor que mim atendeu prestou um ótimo serviço, mas agora com esses problemas gostaria que mim desse um suporte.
Fico no aguardo.
Good afternoon, I am waiting for someone to give me some support on my problem, I bought it with you and now the vehicle appears with several problems including the cracked head gasket and not even the right to take it to My mechanic, I have a shame, Mr. Lucas who is (store owner) wants me to take the vehicle and give it to him to solve but I asked him a simple question and he makes fun of my face it is very humiliating what he is doing to me I asked if he would put the new part and he does not answer me and tells me to take the vehicle to him, when I was talking to the sales agent we still had a respectful conversation, I thought that talking to the owner of the dealership would resolve the problem faster and I am helpless when he was buying me they said that the vehicle would go for overhaul nor the oil was changed, how absurd to do that with a customer. Just reporting that the salesperson that served me provided a great service, but now with these problems I would like me to give a support.
I'm waiting.
