★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento para vacinação está um esculacho. Não tem uma sala própria. A mesa de atendimento do bicho fica no mesmo ambiente em que profissionais trabalham em computadores. E na última vez que fui, essa mesa estava servindo de depósito para um monte de tranqueiras. Estão atendendo os bichos do lado de fora numa mesa de boteco. Se um gato escapar nunca mais é recuperado pois é tudo aberto. Nós recusamos a tirar o gato da caixa.
The vaccination service is a esculacho. It does not have its own room. The animal's service desk is in the same environment where professionals work on computers. And the last time I went, that table was serving as a deposit for a bunch of junk. They are serving the animals outside on a bar table. If a cat escapes it is never recovered as it is all open. We refuse to take the cat out of the box.

I called there and they answered right away. Just respect the opening hours from 9 am to 3 pm that is stress free.

The service was extremely fast, but the lady who administered the vaccine to my cat was extremely ignorant and uneducated, I don't know why she chose this profession, since she doesn't know how to explain anything and is VERY impatient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar do horário de funcionamento ser das 7h as 19h, a retirada de plaquetas do RGA só inicia as 9hs. No e-mail que recebemos da prefeitura (Portal 156) dizendo que poderia ser retirada a plaqueta nessa unidade, nada é informado sobre este horário (9hs).
Although the opening hours are from 7 am to 7 pm, the removal of platelets from the RGA only starts at 9 am. In the email we received from the city hall (Portal 156) saying that the tag could be removed at this unit, nothing is informed about this time (9:00 am).
