★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje a noite fui nessa loja do Shopping Bourbon comprar um presente para o aniversário de minha mãe, porém não me senti bem recebida. As duas atendentes respodiam minhas perguntas, porém sem nenhuma empatia. Não tentaram me mostrar outras opções de presentes, e tudo que eu perguntava só respondiam de longe que não tinha. Enfim, fiquei bem chateada, e vou procurar o produto em outro Shopping.
Tonight I went to this shop at Shopping Bourbon to buy a gift for my mother's birthday, but I didn't feel well received. The two attendants answered my questions, but without any empathy. They didn't try to show me other options for gifts, and everything I asked was only answered from a distance that I didn't have it. Anyway, I was really upset, and I'm going to look for the product in another mall.

Ocorre que eu procuro o de sempre quando me dirijo à Swarovski, produtos que traduzam o meu relacionamento com o presenteado.
Como tenho alguns afilhados invariavelmente levo algo que fale da nossa religião, a Catolica, e bem específico.
Ano passado fui premiada, pois comprei pulseira, colar e crucifixo em cristal, todos com o motivo esperado.
Nesse ano a coleção fala de amor generalizado e esoterismo, horóscopo e é isso.
Ficou faltando o item para a religião da maioria dos brasileiros, e fiquei sem o de hábito, meu presente da Swarovski.

It happens that I look for the usual when I turn to Swarovski, products that translate my relationship with the gift.
As I have some godchildren invariably take something that speaks of our religion, Catholic, and very specific.
Last year I was awarded, because I bought bracelet, necklace and crucifix in crystal, all with the expected reason.
In that year the collection speaks of generalized love and esoterism, horoscope and that's it.
It was missing the item for the religion of most Brazilians, and I was out of the habit, my gift from Swarovski.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprem produtos da Loja Swarovski. Tratam-se de bijouterias com preço de joias.
Ganhei um anel de presente de noivado. Após menos de dois anos de uso, o cristal swarovski está 100% opaco, sem qualquer brilho. Fui até a loja física do shopping bourbon e relatei o problema - por eu saber que o produto não está mais dentro do prazo de garantia, fui para a loja com a intenção de obter uma assistência/manutenção do produto, tal como oferecido por lojas renomadas e de qualidade.
Para a minha surpresa, a pessoa que me atendeu disse que a loja não oferece qualquer manutenção ou auxílio com o reparo e que os produtos da loja Swarovski SÃO BIJOUTERIAS e não joias. De acordo com a vendedora o fato de eu usar o anel enquanto LAVO MINHAS MÃOS com água e sabão fez com que o cristal perdesse todo o seu brilho, ficando simplesmente horrível.
Ou seja, essa loja não passa de uma enganação: vendem bijouterias com preço de joias e, pior, não prestam qualquer assistência aos consumidores.
Do not buy products from the Swarovski Store. These are jewelry items with price of jewels.
I got an engagement ring. After less than two years of use, the Swarovski crystal is 100% opaque, without any shine. I went to the physical store at the bourbon mall and reported the problem - because I know the product is no longer within the warranty period, I went to the store with the intention of obtaining product assistance / maintenance, as offered by renowned stores and quality.
To my surprise, the person who answered me said that the store does not offer any maintenance or assistance with the repair and that the products in the Swarovski store ARE BIJOUTERIAS and not jewelry. According to the seller, the fact that I wear the ring while I WASH MY HANDS with soap and water has caused the crystal to lose all its luster, being just horrible.
In other words, this store is nothing but a deception: they sell jewelry at the price of jewelry and, worse, they do not provide any assistance to consumers.

Muito atenciosos na hora de vender e empurrar as “ Joias” … mas a qualidade do produto é péssima, comprei um anel para presentear minha noiva, em menos de um ano desbotou inteiro e não tem nenhuma garantia sobre isso.
Vendem produtos como joias, cobram como joias e entregam a pior qualidade possível.
Só olhe a nota do reclame aqui e os diversos casos de descaso com o consumidor…
NÃO COMPREM… procurem empresas sérias que ofereçam qualidade.
Do not buy anything from this store!!!
Very attentive when selling and pushing the “Jewels” … but the quality of the product is terrible, I bought a ring as a gift for my fiancée, in less than a year it faded and there is no guarantee on that.
They sell products like jewelry, charge like jewelry, and deliver the worst possible quality.
Just look at the notice here and the various cases of neglect with the consumer…
DO NOT BUY… look for serious companies that offer quality.
