Gostava muito do anel. Contudo, imediatamente após o final da garantia, descascou e saiu um cristal. Tenho que enviar para SP, (numa firma terceirizada), segundo a vendedora quem me atendeu na loja do Shopping Diamond, a fim de que verifiquem de quem foi o descuido (an?). Sou mega cuidadosa. Pelo que vi nos comentários, não vale a pena o valor do conserto ...
Terrible !!!! NEVER EVER STEP NEAR THIS STORE - MY RING, EXPENSIVE BY SIGN, WON AT CHRISTMAS TIME, NOW LOOKS LIKE A CHEAP JEWELERY! Happy only in the first few months. I liked the ring very much. However, immediately after the end of the warranty, he peeled and a crystal came out. I have to send it to SP, (at an outsourced firm), according to the salesperson who attended me at the Shopping Diamond store, so that they can verify whose carelessness was (an?). I'm mega careful. From what I saw in the comments, it's not worth the repair ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, péssimo atendimento e NADA de prata. Preços exorbitantes para uma "bijouteria fina" (nas palavras das vendedoras quando fui reclamar que meu anel estava descascando). Vc paga 400 pro anel ficar igual bijouterias.
Bad experience, bad service and NOTHING of silver. Exorbitant prices for "fine jewelry" (in the words of the salespeople when I went to complain that my ring was peeling). You pay 400 for the ring to look like jewelry.
