Não recomendo.
Extremely negative experience.Delivery time of 1h. After almost 2 hours of waiting I find out that there was no deadline for delivery due to lack of delivery person. I only found out because I called the store. Very poor service. Total disregard for the customer.
I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei uma compra por telefone ao ser informada de uma promoção. Quando o pedido chegou na minha residência, veio pela metade! Liguei para informar o ocorrido e o atendimento péssimo e enrolado, me disseram que era isso mesmo, que a informação foi passada errada pelo telefone e que a promoção era só na loja. Fiquei no prejuízo. Não recomendo, são muito desorganizados e falta de respeito com cliente.
I made a purchase over the phone when I was informed of a promotion. When the order arrived at my house, it was half full! I called to inform what happened and the terrible and convoluted service, they told me that was it, that the information was passed wrong over the phone and that the promotion was only in the store. I was at a loss. I do not recommend, they are very disorganized and lack of respect for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pelo Ifood, a loja aceitou, depois de 2:30hrs liguei para loja para saber do pedido,e disseram que estava sem internet, 15 min depois liguei para saber como estava a situação o atendente disse que estava tudo normal.
O pedido foi feito com pagamento via Pix.
O pedido não foi feito e o valor não teve extorno.
Todas as vezes que pedi teve problema na entrega, mas dessa vez ficaram com meu dinheiro e não recebi o produto.
Tenho todos os prints!
I made an order through Ifood, the store accepted, after 2:30 hrs I called the store to find out about the order, and they said there was no internet, 15 minutes later I called to see how the situation was, the attendant said everything was normal.
The order was made with payment via Pix.
The order was not placed and the amount was not refunded.
Every time I ordered there was a problem with delivery, but this time they took my money and I didn't receive the product.
I have all the prints!

Com 20 minutos de atraso liguei para perguntar e fui informado de que já estava na rua (detalhe, a atendente nem perguntou meu nome). Quando meus convidado chegaram, já com 50 minutos de atraso da entrega, me dirigi a loja para retirar o pedido e fui informado de que não poderia, pois segundo eles estava em rota. O pedido chegou com 1 hora e 15 minutos de atraso, sendo que é cobrada taxa de entrega. Muita desorganização e falta de compromisso.
I placed an order over the phone, arranged the delivery time. 20 minutes late I called to ask and was informed that I was already on the street (detail, the attendant didn't even ask my name). When my guests arrived, already 50 minutes late for delivery, I went to the store to pick up the order and was informed that I couldn't, because according to them it was en route. Sendo que dessa vez, quando voltei para trocar, tive que esperar a boa vontade da senhora que me atendeu(segundo as funcionárias da loja, ela era responsável por ser mais antiga). Solicitei que fosse aberta uma nova torta alemã, já que a que a fatia que eu comprei estava estragada e a senhora ficou cheirando e olhando a torta, como se duvidasse do que eu falei. Decidi levar qualquer outro doce para não sair no prejuízo e desisti de esperar pela torta que eu queria. A loja estava abafada e ouvi comentários de que a temperatura do local onde ficam os doces, não era adequada.
For the second time, I bought a spoiled candy. This time, when I came back to change, I had to wait for the goodwill of the lady who attended me (according to the store employees, she was responsible for being older). I asked for a new German pie to be opened, since the slice I bought was spoiled and the lady was sniffing and looking at the pie, as if she doubted what I said. I decided to take any other sweets so as not to lose out and gave up waiting for the pie I wanted. The store was stuffy and I heard comments that the temperature of the place where the sweets are, was not adequate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costumamos eu e minha família a comprar salgados lá, que por sua vez são de muita qualidade e saborosos tmb, só que hj cheguei lá por volta de 17h com meu filho de 5 anos voltando do colégio, o menino adora os salgados. Fiz o pedido, e como de costume aguardei ficar pronto, só que 35 min depois fui informado q ainda estava por fritar. Decidi então ir para casa e voltar tempos depois para pegar. Só q 17:49+- ao retornar e perguntar sobre meu pedido JÁ ATRASADO, me deram a informação de que seria frito naquele instante... Sem justificativa, sem desculpas nem consideração pelo cliente!!!
Resumindo...
Declinei da compra, peguei meu dinheiro de volta, pq o propósito de "lanche da trd" do meu filho se perdeu no descuido e no atendimento relapso que recebi hj.
Lamentável...
My family and I usually buy snacks there, which in turn are very high quality and tasty, but today I got there around 5 pm with my 5-year-old son returning from school, the boy loves the snacks. I placed the order, and as usual I waited for it to be ready, but 35 minutes later I was informed that it still had to be fried. So I decided to go home and come back some time later to pick it up. No justification, no excuses or consideration for the customer!!!
In short...
I declined the purchase, got my money back, because the purpose of my son's "trd snack" was lost in the carelessness and careless service I received today.
Unfortunate...
