★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem localizada, grande variedade de carnes, porém o atendimento é péssimos, hoje dia 9 de julho 2021, fui até a loja vestido roupas simples para fazer compras e tive uma experiência muito desagradável eu estava escolhendo os produtos quando vi que o segurança estava me observando e me seguindo na loja.
Sou ciente a muito tempo!.....respeito é bom e eu faço questão! Não recomendo essa loja é jamais voltarei lá para gastar o meu dinheiro, que eu trabalho muito para ter!...
 Well located, great variety of meats, but the service is terrible, today, July 9, 2021, I went to the store dressed in simple clothes to shop and I had a very unpleasant experience I was choosing the products when I saw that the security was watching me and following me into the store.
I've been aware for a long time! ..... respect is good and I insist! I don't recommend this store and I'll never go back there to spend my money, which I work hard to have!...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja e os produtos são mto bons , porém é mto ruim ficarem trocando toda hora os produtos de lugar , mto ruim pois vc tem que ficar procurando aonde está os produtos que vc costuma comprar , até comentei isso com os funcionários e eles mesmo também se queixaram !! Espero que pensem sobre isso !!
The store and the products are very good , but it is very bad to keep changing the products all the time , very bad because you have to keep looking for where the products you usually buy are , I even mentioned this to the employees and they themselves too complained !! I hope you think about it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei o produto para ser entregue em 2 horas. Deveria chegar até as 11h37min. O dia acabou e os produtos não chegaram. Pior, não tem como falar com a loja e o 0800 deles não funciona. Não recebi nem uma mensagem de satisfação. Não recomendo!!
I purchased the product to be delivered within 2 hours. Should arrive by 11:37. The day is over and the products have not arrived. Worse, there's no way to talk to the store and their 0800 number doesn't work. I didn't even get a message of satisfaction. I do not recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como cliente da Swift estou muito decepcionada , já fazem alguns meses que venho percebendo a queda na qualidade da carne bovina. O mais triste foi que nessa semana quando fiz um pedido via site, que incluía uma picanha ouro, percebi que visivelmente perdeu a sua qualidade. Abri uma reclamação para falar do produto, pensando que poderia ter acontecido algum engano, mas infelizmente fui informada que essa era realmente a picanha ouro. A solução dada foi devolver em forma de crédito o valor do produto e nada mais foi dito a respeito. Acredito que por ser um produto que dá a entender ser "ouro", deveria manter sua qualidade, e mais ainda, esperava que a reclamação de um cliente fosse ser levada mais a sério pela empresa. Espero mesmo que a Swift perceba o quanto de clientes vão começar a perder se não se atentarem a qualidade dos seus produtos por conta da escolha errada do fornecedor de carne bovina. Quero ressaltar que não questionei o valor do produto mas sim a qualidade que decaiu muito.
As a Swift customer, I am very disappointed, I have been noticing the drop in beef quality for some months now. The sad thing was that that week when I placed an order via the website, which included a gold steak, I realized that it visibly lost its quality. I opened a complaint to talk about the product, thinking that there could have been a mistake, but unfortunately I was informed that this was really the gold steak. The solution given was to return the value of the product on credit and nothing more was said about it. I believe that because it is a product that implies being "gold", it should maintain its quality, and even more, I expected that a customer's complaint would be taken more seriously by the company. I really hope Swift realizes how much customers are going to start losing if they don't take into account the quality of their products due to the wrong choice of the beef supplier. I want to emphasize that I did not question the value of the product, but rather the quality that declined a lot.
