★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, comprei carne em uma promoção e quando paguei e estava saindo vi que não aplicaram o desconto, voltei para resolver e demoraram quase 2h para tentar estornar.
Essas promoções são uma enganação. Só funcionam no papel.
Lousy service, I bought meat on a promotion and when I paid and was leaving I saw that they did not apply the discount, I came back to resolve and it took almost 2 hours to try to reverse it.
These promotions are a scam. They only work on paper.

Eu tinha um crédito na Swift para ser utilizado nessa loja e na hora de pagar, quando avisei que utilizaria esse crédito como parte do pagamento (cerca de 30% do total da compra), fui avisado que teria que aguardar um instante. Esse instante demorou quase 30 minutos!!! Sendo que a gerente, nesse momento, veio me pedir então que encaminhasse a ela o e-mail da Swift que tratava sobre o crédito para assim liberar o valor. Porque então não fez antes?? Porque não avisou que demoraria?? Ainda foi extremamente desrespeitosa comigo tentando justificar a demora e atendimento péssimo. Fujam dessa loja!
I was very poorly attended. I had a credit with Swift to be used in that store and when it was time to pay, when I said I would use that credit as part of the payment (about 30% of the total purchase), I was told that I would have to wait a moment. That instant took almost 30 minutes !!! The manager, at that moment, came to ask me to send her the email from Swift that dealt with the credit to release the amount. Why didn't you do it before ?? Why didn't you tell me it would take ?? It was still extremely disrespectful to me trying to justify the delay and terrible service. Get away from this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já conheço a loja mas tivemos experiência muito ruim com nossa última compra: filé de pescada sem pele da Swift. Totalmente sem sabor e com muita espinha, que não é comum por ser filé. Isso nos deixa preocupado com relação aos demais produtos.
I already know the store but we had a very bad experience with our last purchase: Swift's skinless hake fillet. Totally tasteless and with a lot of spine, which is not common for being fillet. This makes us worried about the other products.
