★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz aquisição de uns produtos na SX no mês 10/2020, prazo de entrega p 28/12/2020, passado o prazo, depois de muita insistência somente no dia 14/01/2021 me informaram q o prazo de entrega estava para o dia 01/02/2021. Tratado no pedido pag de 50% no pedido (efetuado) e 50% na entrega. hj dia 05/02 me informaram que tenho que pagar os outros 50% restante para entregarem o produto. sendo que nem faturaram a venda! Aborrecido e meu cliente mais ainda por não poder atende-lo.
I purchased some products at SX on 10/2020, delivery time for 12/28/2020, after the deadline, after much insistence only on 1/14/2021 I was informed that the delivery date was for 01 / 02/2021. Treated in the order of 50% on the order (made) and 50% on delivery. today 02/02 I was informed that I have to pay the remaining 50% to deliver the product. and they didn't even make a sale! Bored and my client even more for not being able to serve him.
