★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei apartamento, com problemas no banheiro principal, o armário em estado precário, comuniquei , solicitaram que fizesse orçamento, fiz o orçamento e 15 dias depois, pediram para fazer outros, fiz como solicitado e não seria obrigação minha, e até agora não tenho resposta, liguei para saber e disse que eles estavam brincando comigo, pois já tem 45 dias que estou no imóvel, a Sra. Lidiana, me disse de forma brusca e indevida que eu guardasse as minhas opiniões para mim, que ela não era obrigado a ouvir as minhas opiniões, eu informei para ela que eu sou cliente dela e que ela tivesse mais respeito e resolvesse o problema, pois eu ligo e me informam que ela vai ficar 3 dias fora. o apartamento, tem outros problemas, que ainda estão sem solução, o banheiro de empregada , não tem água no chuveiro e nem na pia, as tomadas não tem fios, os pisos estão soltos, a porta da varanda empenada, o box vaza água para o banheiro, o armário do banheiro está podre, o teto do banheiro está manchado de vazamento, a campainha não funciona, e etc....
