★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O bom dia da atendente foi mandar limpar os pés no pano dá entrada, super mal humorada. Eu não estava com a guia, e disse que iria aguardar estabelecimentos abrirem(ainda era 7h). Ela se irritou e começou a reclamar, e disse que seria melhor eu voltar depois, pois quem iria fazer o exame era a mesma, e caso eu estivesse nervoso iria alterar o resultado do exame. Perguntei se isso era uma ameaça, ela respondeu que não. Conclusão: Detran credencia pessoas que não tem capacidade suficiente para atender ao público.
The attendant's good morning was to have her feet wiped on the cloth, she was in a bad mood. I was not with the guide, and said I would wait for establishments to open (it was still 7am). She got angry and started to complain, and said that it would be better for me to come back later, because who was going to take the exam was the same, and if I was nervous I would change the result of the exam. I asked if this was a threat, she replied that it was not. Conclusion: Detran accredits people who do not have enough capacity to serve the public.
