We made an incredible group trip last week to Costão do Santinho and I just have to thank Paulo and Karina for everything. Traveling is one of the best things in life, with family and friends is priceless and even better, with all the advice, affection and attention that exceeded our expectations. I can't wait to travel again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom primeiramente gostaria de agradecer a Karina Okamoto, que intermediou no fechamento do pacote de viagem, ela foi super atenciosa comigo, esclarecendo todas as minhas dúvidas e tb por ter mandado mensagem para Bourbon Atibaia Resort, falando da alergia do meu filho.
Cheguei lá para fazer o check in, e já falaram que tinha uma observação da alergia, aí chamaram as nutricionistas e conversamos sobre a alergia do meu filho, e durante a nossa estadia tivemos um cardápio diferenciado.
Gostei muito dessa atenção de todos, pois em alguns lugares não ligam muito para quem tem alergias.
O Bourbon é um excelente lugar para curtir com a família e amigos!!!
Well, first, I would like to thank Karina Okamoto, who acted as an intermediary in the closing of the trip package, she was super helpful with me, clarifying all my doubts and also for sending a message to Bourbon Atibaia Resort, talking about my son's allergy.
I arrived there to check in, and they already said that I had an allergy observation, so they called the nutritionists and we talked about my son's allergy, and during our stay we had a different menu.
I really enjoyed this attention from everyone, as in some places they don't care much for those with allergies.
Bourbon is a great place to enjoy with family and friends!!!
