★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aconselho a todos quando forem alugar algo e assinarem o contrato fazerem uma vistoria bem detalhada com fotos e escrita em conjunto com a imobiliaria. Se não fizerem vão ter problemas como eu tive. A impressão que eu tive é que eles dão prioridade para os proprietarios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam desse imobiliária, total falta de respeito com pessoas que querem realizar a locação, pedem documentos fora do padrão de qualquer imobiliária, desconfiam dos documentos enviados, não há uma justificava quando é solicitado outros documentos, não existe uma conversa, apenas mais e mais documentos. Gostaria de saber qual a forma de armazenar esses documentos, porque precisam estar de acordo com a LGPD.
