Uma falta de respeito com o cliente, eu tenho horário de almoço ( 1 hora) e a comida atrasa!
Fiz o pedido as 12:08, me informaram que o pedido demoraria 1 hora .
Liguei 2 x e a pessoa falou : " o boy está chegando"
Ele chegou as 13: 40 !!!

A apresentação do prato é simples e sem muita empolgação, os ingredientes vem todos separados e nada mais. A experiência começou pelos legumes, que eram: cenoura, abobrinha e batata doce, tudo bem picado, consistente e principalmente saboroso, apesar de ser feito no vapor, pareciam levemente cozido e com bons temperos, sem muita força no sabor, aqui com certeza, o sabor principal são dos legumes, que são intensos e muito agradáveis. Depois fui para o purê de batatas, que é a parte fraca do prato, O purê tem um sabor muito superficial, e parece nem ser totalmente feito de batatas, tudo e bem neutro, apesar de bem cremoso e vir numa quantidade até que bem generosa, não adiciona muito ao prato. O frango grelhado é bonito, vem numa boa quantidade e tem um sabor muito bom, bem temperado, macio e tenro, vale bem a experiência. O tempero parece ser baseado em limão, o que dá um sabor a mais ao todo, sem sobrepor outro sabor. Na mistura de sabores, frango e legumes casam bem, são bem temperados e formem um belo casal, já o purê ficou parecendo uma base que dá mais peso ao prato. No geral, um prato bom e bem feito e sua maioria, com bons sabores, agradam bem em praticamente toda a experiência, pena que o purê decepcionando um pouco.

Then I went for the mashed potatoes, which is the weak part of the dish. The mash has a very superficial flavor, and it doesn't even seem to be entirely made of potatoes, everything is very neutral, although very creamy and comes in a quantity until quite generous. , does not add much to the dish. The grilled chicken is beautiful, comes in a good quantity and has a very good flavor, well seasoned, soft and tender, well worth the experience. The seasoning seems to be based on lemon, which gives a whole more flavor, without overlapping another flavor. In the mixture of flavors, chicken and vegetables marry well, are well seasoned and form a beautiful couple, since the puree is like a base that gives more weight to the dish. Overall, a good and well-made dish and most of them, with good flavors, please well in practically the whole experience, a pity that the puree disappointed a little.
