★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São mto competentes, atencioso a todos os produtos que já deixei para manutenção. O problema é prazo, mto enrolados e sempre dizem que ficará pronto no dia seguinte. Se vc entra em contato no dia seguinte, terá a mesma resposta do dia anterior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu notebook para arrumar , ficaram 4 meses com ele , quando meu marido ligou disseram que estaria pronto numa quarta-feira, fomos buscá-lo hoje (quinta-feira), fomos recepcionados com descaso e menosprezo, devolveram meu not dentro de uma caixa todo desmontado . Uma empresa que zela pelo seu nome não trataria seus clientes como fomos tratados, seria mais prudente falarem que o notebook não teria conserto , não recomendo , dei uma estrela porque não podia dar nenhuma .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pouco profissional e serviço fraco ! levei um pc para uma simples formatação; retirei o pc para uso; o sistema operacional instalado por eles apresentou instabilidades; levei novamente para a loja para verificação(dentro da garantia)!! não ficou bom novamente foi instalado uma versão do windows sem a atualização que corrigia erros da versão instalada !!! sem contar q tomei uma canseira de 15 dias para retirar o equipamento novamente, que ainda saiu com problemas !!!.... perdi o investimento que fiz para tentar reparar o pc com eles !!!.... não voltei mais !! levei em outra loja concorrente que resolveu tudo !! (mas tive que gastar $$ novamente) !!
Unprofessional service and poor service! I took a PC for simple formatting; I removed the pc for use; the operating system installed by them presented instabilities; I took it back to the store for verification (under warranty) !! it was not good again a version of windows was installed without the update that corrected errors of the installed version !!! not to mention q I took a 15-day effort to remove the equipment again, which still left with problems !!! .... I lost the investment I made to try to repair the pc with them !!! .... I never came back! ! I took it in another competitor store that solved everything !! (but I had to spend $$ again) !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conseguem testar um HD SATA. O HD e' de um DVR porem pode ser testado em qualquer computador como expliquei. O atendente nem se quer demonstrou interesse ou propos fazer um orcamento para analisar o HD. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levamos uma impressora para conserto, pq a tinta preta não estava saindo. A impressão colorida estava em perfeitas condições. Ficaram com ela mais de 1 semana, sempre dizendo que "até amanhã fica pronta" e nada. Na última vez que liguei, informaram que não tinha conserto, que eu deveria retirar o equipamento.
Quando cheguei em casa, vi que eles simplesmente destruíram a impressora... quebraram a bandeja de papel, ao ligar fazia um barulhão e não estava mais funcionando nada.
We took a printer in for repair, because the black ink wasn't coming out. The color print was in perfect condition. They stayed with her for more than 1 week, always saying that "until tomorrow it's ready" and nothing. The last time I called, they informed me that there was no repair, that I should remove the equipment.
When I got home, I saw that they just destroyed the printer... they broke the paper tray, when I turned it on, it made a noise and nothing was working anymore.
