No perfil empresarial do wattsapp, consta ainda o endereço no prédio Multiplace, e já comuniquei a funcionária Neia, e continua a mesma coisa. Por falar em funcionários, é muito difícil conseguir atendimento, em 2019 quando fui diversas vezes ao prédio, nunca estavam lá na sala comercial, e nas poucas vezes que consegui que respondessem no watts app, a pessoa que atendeu, me disse que o setor comercial, entraria em contato, o que não acontece! Ontem recebi o mesmo comunicado por meio da atendente Neia, e até agora, nada.
Não da ora culpar a pandemia, se antes dela, agiam da mesma forma. Precisam melhorar 100% o atendimento, e dar retorno a um potencial cliente, sem os clientes, a empresa não existe.
O portifólio da empresa é amplo, mas acredito muito que só os clientes do portifólio, não mantém a empresa de pé, precisam de outros novos clientes, pena que nos tratam tão diferente do que mencionam no site.

It's not right to blame the pandemic, if before it, they acted in the same way. They need to improve service 100%, and give back to a potential customer, without the customers, the company doesn't exist.
The company's portfolio is wide, but I really believe that only the clients in the portfolio do not keep the company standing, they need other new clients, it's a shame that they treat us so differently from what they mention on the website.
