★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi pelo ifood, veio faltando coisa e o que veio não dava pra comer de tão ruim, a batata por exemplo era só tempero, muito diferente do que comi em outras unidades. E o pior é que por ser uma franquias esperasse um padrão mínimo de qualidade, mas esse de Piracicaba não é igual os demais. NÃO RECOMENDO
I asked for ifood, there was something missing and what came I couldn't eat it was so bad, the potato, for example, was just seasoning, very different from what I ate in other units. And the worst thing is that, as it is a franchise, it expected a minimum standard of quality, but this one from Piracicaba is not the same as the others. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive um atendimento descente nas duas vezes que fui a esse lugar , na primeira vez veio faltando a porção de nachos do meu combo pra viagem e na segunda vez a porção de nachos estava com mais sal que nachos . Foi terrível sem condições de comer. A atendente disse que para opções vegetarianas só poderia adicionar feijão; sendo assim não pude comprar tacos com opção de guaca mole. Triste.
Unfortunately I didn't have a decent service the two times I went to this place, the first time the portion of nachos was missing from my takeaway combo and the second time the portion of nachos was more salty than nachos. It was terrible not being able to eat. The attendant said that for vegetarian options you could only add beans; so I couldn't buy tacos with guaca mole option. Sad.

O arroz no bowl executivo estava frio e duro. Parece o meu arroz quando eu estava aprendendo a cozinhar... Que experiência ruim. Não vale o preço que cobram. É melhor ir em qualquer outro lugar do que comer aqui.
No começo eu gostava, era o meu preferido. Agora vou pensar 2x antes de fazer qualquer pedido aqui. Muito triste, espero que melhorem, pq é uma pena. Essa franquia é muito boa em outras cidades

The rice in the executive bowl was cold and hard. It looks like my rice when I was learning to cook... What a bad experience. It's not worth the price they charge. It's better to go anywhere else than eat here.
In the beginning I liked it, it was my favorite. Now I will think 2x before placing any orders here. Very sad, I hope they get better, because it's a shame. This franchise is very good in other cities
