★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acredito que eu não esteja com muita sorte com a distribuidora. Encomendei dois fardos de cerveja para pegar no local porém tive um problema e precisei que fosse entregue. A distribuidora confirmou o pedido e solicitei que a entrega fosse feita por volta das 18 horas. Entrei em contato após esse horário questionando se já havia saído e me pediram o meu endereço (que eu já havia mandado antes). Pouco tempo depois me perguntaram se era água que eu queria. Acredito que, apesar de entendermos que o número de pedidos pode ser demasiadamente grandes, poderia ter uma melhor administração entre eles. Espero ter sido apenas uma excepção e em alguma outra oportunidade, mudar a minha opinião a respeito.
I believe that I am not very lucky with the distributor. I ordered two bales of beer to pick up at the place but I had a problem and needed to be delivered. The distributor confirmed the order and requested that the delivery be made around 6 pm. I got in touch after that time asking if I had already left and asked for my address (which I had already sent before). A short time later I was asked if it was water I wanted. I believe that, although we understand that the number of orders may be too large, there could be better administration between them. I hope I was just an exception and at some other time, change my opinion about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento em questão de tempo de entrega, fala q com 20 a 40 minutos , porém só Jesus sabe o horário q chega ,experiência para nunca mais .
