★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é fraco pois os responsáveis pela cotação, administrativo, etc não tem nenhum interesse em colaborar. Mas os funcionários que põe a mão na massa são bastante atenciosos e prestativos (mas não conseguem ser mais eficientes por falta de ajuda do administrativo). Não atendeu ao prazo, mas o preço é bom.
Service is poor because those responsible for quotation, administrative, etc. have no interest in collaborating. But the hands-on employees are very attentive and helpful (but cannot be more efficient due to the lack of administrative help). Did not meet the deadline, but the price is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É a primeira vez que utilizo a Tadex. Talvez nunca mais. Já fui atendido por uns 6 funcionários e nunca resolvem o atraso na entrega. Aline, Fernanda, Sabrina, etc....Paguei o frete dia 2 de junho, até hoje 16/6 nada da mercadoria... 440 km de distância.
It is the first time that I use Tadex. Maybe never again. I've been attended by about 6 employees and they never solve the delay in delivery. Aline, Fernanda, Sabrina, etc ... I paid the freight on June 2nd, until today 16/6 nothing of the goods ... 440 km away.
