★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 22/12/2019 eu fui pegar o ônibus pela tarde e o motorista era um homem gordinho sem a farda do serviço estava conduzindo o ônibus Tamancão de cor amarelo não parou para mim. Eu gritei dizendo que ia denunciar e ele falou pra eu ligar. Tentei ligar mas deu fora de área. A taguatur não presta o serviço publico para todos e isso é uma grande falta de respeito.

Era uma empresa que anos atrás pesava na qualidade, fazia até ações sociais, mas que na última década só pensa em economia, só adquire veículos os mais básicos possíveis, sendo que em outros estados, ela oferece um certo conforto ao seu usuário, com veículos com assentos acolchoados por exemplo.
