★ ★ ★ ★ ★ atendimento pelo telefone pecimo. mais de 20 minutos para o setor de prças atende. e quando atende ainda e um mal atendiemento e pecimo comprometimento com o cliente e at emesmo com a empresa a qual ele presta serviço. em fim unico ponto positivo foi da primeira atendente .foi otima nota dez. ja a segunda vez que liguei alem de espera muito tempo mais uma vez . a outra atendente foi horivel.
