Quando deixei meu notebook falaram que deixarim word, excel e e anti virus instalados, pois bem, o anti virus não foi instalado e o adobe pdf que instalaram é de versão inferior a que já estava. Muito arrependida, perdi 70,00 de formatação. Sem falar que pediram dois dias para formatar e so terminaram com 3 dias, mesmo assim porque pedi urgência. Não gostei.
 I do not recommend. When I left my notebook they said that letim word, excel and and anti virus installed, well, the anti virus was not installed and the adobe pdf they installed is of a lower version than it was already. Very sorry, I lost 70.00 formatting. Not to mention that they asked for two days to format and only ended with 3 days, even so because I asked for urgency. Did not like.
