★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido no dia 30/12/20, via WhatsApp, para retirada na loja 2 hoje, 03/01/21. O pedido foi confirmado. Ao chegar hoje na loja os atendentes não sabiam do que se tratava. Ligaram pra loja matriz que também disseram não saber de nada. Ao mostrar a confirmação pelo WhatsApp, começaram a culpar a atendente da outra loja e a dizer que a culpa não era deles. Enfim, não tinham os produtos disponíveis e o atendimento foi péssimo. Decepção total. Depois de 8 anos como cliente, Talho nunca mais. Dá pra ver o porquê da avaliação estar tão baixa.
I placed an order on 12/30/20, via WhatsApp, for pickup at store 2 today, 1/3/21. The order has been confirmed. Upon arriving at the store today, the attendants did not know what it was about. They called the parent store who also said they didn't know anything. When showing the confirmation by WhatsApp, they started to blame the attendant of the other store and to say that it was not their fault. Anyway, they didn't have the products available and the service was terrible. Total disappointment. After 8 years as a customer, Talho never again. You can see why the rating is so low.

Para quem gosta de churrasco é um lugar a se visitar com certeza, possuem também acessórios para churrasco e tudo o que precisar para assar carnes. One of the best butchers in the region, it has several cuts of meat and excellent quality. For those who like barbecue it is a place to visit for sure, they also have barbecue accessories and everything you need to roast meat. I recommend the visit and know the varied and beautiful products!
