A primeira vez fui super bem atendida pela única vendedora que estava lá, a funcionária muito atenciosa e solícita, comprei várias peças com bom preço e ótimo custo benefício. Se não tinha o tamanho da peça que precisava, ela fazia questão de ir no estoque verificar e o local estava bem organizado.
A segunda vez tive um péssimo atendimento, pessoas grosseiras e rudes que sujam o nome da marca. Tinham várias “vendedoras” e nenhuma delas faziam questão alguma de atender. Roupas de preços diferentes misturados na mesma arara, perguntava o preço para as “vendedoras” e elas não sabiam, falavam para perguntar para outra pessoa (??????????????!!). Perguntava se tinha outro tamanho e elas respondiam que não sabiam e só, faziam pouco caso e nem se importavam se iriam perder ou ganhar venda. A loja estava bem movimentada e não só eu, mas como outras compradoras estavam insatisfeitas com essas poucas atitudes e má vontades. Poderia ter comprado bem mais peças se as funcionárias fossem realmente vendedoras. Saí insatisfeita e só comprei pois gosto muito da marca e das peças.
Fui procurar o responsável para poder expressar esses acontecimentos e fui informada que ali não tinha gerente e nem supervisor.
I went twice to Talita Kume outlet.
The first time I was very well attended by the only salesperson who was there, the employee was very attentive and helpful, I bought several pieces at a good price and great value for money. If she didn't have the size of the part she needed, she made a point of going to the stock to check and the place was well organized.
The second time I had bad service, rude and rude people who tarnish the brand name. There were several “salespeople” and none of them made any point of answering. Clothes of different prices mixed in the same rack, I asked the price to the “vendors” and they didn't know, they said to ask someone else (??????????????!!). I asked if they had another size and they replied that they didn't know and that's it, they didn't care and didn't even care if they were going to lose or win sales. The store was very busy and not only me, but other buyers were dissatisfied with these few attitudes and ill will. I could have bought a lot more parts if the employees were really salespeople. I left dissatisfied and only bought it because I really like the brand and the pieces.
I went to look for the person in charge to be able to express these events and was informed that there was no manager or supervisor there.
