O atendimento em nossas visitas foi sempre simpático e atencioso, como esperado. Fomos bem recebidos e bem atendidos, várias opções de convites foram mostradas (parece básico, mas chegamos a ter problemas com algo semelhante em outro local...) e todos os detalhes foram explicados. Tivemos um pequeno problema com a demora para enviar uma planilha para fornecermos os detalhes, mas entramos em contato e tudo foi resolvido rapidamente.
Para a confecção dos convites, existem várias opções e estilos disponíveis, tanto opções "pré-montadas" quanto possibilidades de customização (gostou daquele papel e da cor, mas não queria o floral ou aquela fonte? Sem problemas, é possível mudar!). Existem várias opções de formatos, envelopes, papeis e cores. Também há uma boa gama de preços, sendo possível fazer convites bem bonitos por um preço razoável.
A qualidade final dos convites é muito boa, exatamente como esperávamos. Os detalhes do envelope, das tags e tudo mais ficam muito bem feitos e passam uma impressão de cuidado e atenção.
A entrega foi rápida (mais rápida do que esperávamos, na verdade) e sem problemas. Não tivemos problemas com falta de convite, nomes errados ou coisa do tipo, e ainda recebemos algumas tags individuais a mais.
Great place to make wedding invitations!
The service during our visits was always friendly and attentive, as expected. We were well received and well attended, several options of invitations were shown (it seems basic, but we had problems with something similar in another place ...) and all the details were explained. We had a small problem with the delay in sending a spreadsheet to provide the details, but we got in touch and everything was resolved quickly.
For making the invitations, there are several options and styles available, both "pre-assembled" options and customization possibilities (did you like that paper and the color, but didn't want the floral or that font? No problem, it is possible to change!). There are several options for formats, envelopes, papers and colors. There is also a good price range, making it possible to make beautiful invitations for a reasonable price.
The final quality of the invitations is very good, exactly as we expected. The details of the envelope, the tags and everything are very well done and give an impression of care and attention.
Delivery was fast (faster than we expected, in fact) and no problems. We had no problems with missing invitations, wrong names or something, and we still received a few more individual tags.

De nada adianta ter uma pagina com vários seguidores no Instagram, caprichar no marketing e não se atentarem ao básico, que são os prazos.
Ao retirar meu kit padrinhos, a caixa estava pronta mas o conteúdo dentro não, sendo que dia da retirada eu confirmei pelo WhatsApp se poderia buscar a encomenda COMPLETA.
Poderiam ter me avisado não é mesmo?
