★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizada uma compra a qual foi solicitado a peça numeração 48 e a recebida foi 46, percebi na etiqueta que realmente o número está confuso.
Ao entrar em contato para saber sobre a troca do produto foi um total descaso, já que a peça não pode ser trocada no sábado e também não poderá ser trocada amanhã (Sexta-Feira) pois é feriado.
Comprei o produto no intuito de utiliza-lo neste domingo, e por um erro do vendedor ao me entregar a numeração errada não poderei.
Sinto-me prejudicada por um erro o qual não foi meu e sim do funcionário, ao explicar toda a situação para a atendente ela disse que mesmo assim não faria a troca pq no feriado é "CORRIDO".
Ou seja, responsáveis na loja mau preparado e descaso total com cliente.
Made a purchase which was requested the part number 48 and the received was 46, I realized on the label that the number is really confused.
When contacting us to know about the exchange of the product was a total neglect, since the part can not be changed on Saturday and can not be changed tomorrow (Friday) because it is a holiday.
I bought the product in order to use it this Sunday, and for a mistake of the seller to give me the wrong numbering I can not.
I feel harmed by a mistake which was not mine but the employee's, explaining the whole situation to the attendant she said she would never make the exchange because the holiday is "RUN".
Ie responsible in store poorly prepared and total neglect with customer.
