Ponto negativo.
Apesar de eu ter pago taxa de limpeza, ter deixado a chave na portaria quando foi na rua, a limpeza não foi feita.
Complete apartment, very beautiful place, polite staff, has a snack kiosk next door.
Negative point.
Even though I paid a cleaning fee, I left the key in the concierge when I was in the street, the cleaning was not done.

The location is excellent, the service is basic, there is no support at the entrance or exit. The ap I took well organized. The surrounding streets are flooded even after a sunny day without rain
