★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou um cliente dessa marca a um tempo, infelizmente tive um problema com um dos produtos, no caso uma goibada, entrei em contato com eles e a forma humanizada e valorizada como fui tratado foi digna de uma grande empresa, eles resolveram o problema da melhor forma possivel foram indiferenciados, parabéns aos gestores pela política de atendimento minha família e meus amigos que ainda não conhecem eu os farei conhecer porque sou testemunha ocular da forma humanizada e valorizada com quê a Tambaú trata seus clientes.

I have been a customer of this brand for a while, unfortunately I had a problem with one of the products, in this case a guava paste, I contacted them and the humanized and valued way in which I was treated was worthy of a great company, they solved the problem in the best way possible way they were undifferentiated, congratulations to the managers for the service policy my family and my friends who still don't know I will let them know because I am an eyewitness of the humanized and valued way in which Tambaú treats its customers.
