★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Deixei a moto na sexta feira próximo do horário do almoço e expliquei todo o problema para que fosse feito um diagnóstico.
Me disseram que iam avaliar e me mandar mensagem com o orçamento para eu aprovar.
Na segunda feira mandei mensagem e não responderam, na terça feira fiquei insistindo e me disseram que a moto já estava pronta.
Questionei se era esse o problema e eles perguntaram pra mim se esse era problema, eles fizeram um serviço que nem sabiam se ia resolver.
Na quarta feira fui de novo e expliquei tudo de novo. O mecânico disse que ia procurar as peças e me mandava mensagem, claro que não mandou
Mas quinta perguntou se eu ia buscar a moto, mas como eu já tinha voltado a trabalhar, não ia conseguir chegar no horário de funcionamento, então eu disse que buscava no sábado.
Só que o mecânico foi viajar, não abriu no sábado e não falou nada.
Agora, segunda feira, combinei de chegar mais tarde para pegar a moto e vou chegar mais atrasado ainda no trabalho pois estou na frente da loja esperando abrir, dizem que abrem às 08:00, mas estou na frente da loja, já são 09:00 e não tem ninguém.
Pode até consertar direito, mas a comunicação com o cliente é péssima.
Terrible attendance. I left the bike on Friday around lunchtime and explained the whole problem so that a diagnosis could be made.
They told me they were going to evaluate and send me a message with the budget for me to approve.
On Monday I sent a message and they did not respond, on Tuesday I insisted and told me that the bike was already ready.
I asked if this was the problem and they asked me if this was a problem, they did a job that they didn't even know if it was going to solve.
On Wednesday I went again and explained everything again. The mechanic said he was going to look for the parts and he was texting me, of course he didn't
But Thursday asked if I was going to get the bike, but as I had already gone back to work, I wasn't going to be able to get there during opening hours, so I said I would pick it up on Saturday.
But the mechanic went on a trip, didn't open on Saturday and didn't say anything.
Now, Monday, I agreed to arrive later to get the bike and I will arrive later at work because I am in front of the store waiting to open, they say they open at 08:00, but I am in front of the store, it is already 9: 00 and there's nobody.
It can even be fixed, but communication with the customer is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha Fazer 250 para trocar lona de freio, vela, trocar óleo e esticar a corrente. Isso foi numa sexta, no sábado eu desci pra praia, com garupa e no meio do caminho a roda traseira começou a jogar pros lados, parei no acostamento outro motoca me ajudou e viu que a roda estava SOLTA poderia ter causado um grave acidente.
1 mês depois a moto começou a falhar, levei em outra oficina e me disseram que a vela colocada não era compatível com a moto. Depois o freio traseiro começou a dar problema, levei em outro profissional e falaram que adaptaram uma lona da 160 e isso acabou com minha roda.
Não sei pq fazer isso com o cliente, confiava demais nessa oficina, hoje não passo nem perto.
I took my Fazer 250 to change the brake lining, spark plug, change oil and stretch the chain. That was on a Friday, on Saturday I went down to the beach, with back and in the middle of the way the rear wheel started to throw sideways, I stopped on the side of the road another motorcycle helped me and saw that the wheel was LOOSE it could have caused a serious accident.
1 month later the bike started to fail, I took it to another workshop and they told me that the spark plug fitted was not compatible with the bike. Then the rear brake started to give a problem, I took it to another professional and they said they adapted a 160 tarp and that ended up with my wheel.
I don't know why to do this with the customer, I trusted this workshop too much, today I don't even come close.
