★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Começei a Frequentar em fev.2019 devido a recomendação do ortopedista do cot Dr.Claudio para tratsr uma lesão no ombro direito ..( rompimento do Tendão ..porém fiz anteriormente 40 seçoes de fisio no CICV onde recuperei o movimento do braço e fui indicado ao Studio de Tane Samano para o Pilates...Graças a Deus e excelente trabalho em 3 meses recuperei a movimentação do Ombro e estou sem dores...)
I started attending in Feb.2019 due to the recommendation of the cot orthopedist Dr. Claudio to treat an injury in the right shoulder ..( Tendon rupture ..but I had previously done 40 physio sessions at the ICRC where I recovered arm movement and was indicated to Tane Samano's Studio for Pilates...Thanks to God and excellent work in 3 months I recovered the movement of the Shoulder and I have no pain...)
